The possibility of return is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Other non-returnable items:
* gift vouchers or gift boxes.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have parts missing, and for which this is not our fault
* items not returned within 30 days of delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If so, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while for your refund to show up.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

How long a replacement item will take to you depends on where you are.
If you are sending us an item with a value of more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
