Refund policy
It can always happen that something goes wrong with an order or a shipment.
When the package was received damaged we will, as soon as we were informed:
-Send replacement bottle (s) of beer (in case of a subscription may not be until the extradition of the next discovery box) when it concerns only 1 or 2 damaged pieces.
-Send a completely new package when it comes to total loss or when receipt of the parcel was declined due to damaging.
Only in very exceptional cases will we proceed to a refund, and this is always done by mutual agreement. A previous refund (whether or not for a similar occurrence) does not automatically entitle you to a refund again: each case is dealt with individually, whereby an attempt is always made to offer the best possible customer experience.
