Flexipay
Bee postmybeer We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and our offer. I therefore think that we are not exaggerating if we currently already have the most extensive range in subscription boxes-with-beers that can be found on the market in the Benelux and perhaps in Europe.
From today we are expanding the offer even further and we are giving you even more options!
We already have subscriptions where payment is made automatically at the agreed time. We already offer the possibility to easily modify, pause or even cancel your subscription completely, without having to call an impersonal customer service or send an email to which you will never receive a response.
Anyone who wants even more control over a subscription can now contact our Flexipay -Formula. The principle is similar to the 'normal' subscription, only we will never automatically collect money from your chosen payment option: you will always receive an email with a link to make the payment yourself on the first of the month. Does it not work out well? No problem, you won't pay that month. The downside, of course, is that you will not receive a new discovery box that month with 6 or 12 different beers to taste.
If you pay, your box will also be sent around the third of the month.
A nice plus of this one Flexipay The solution is that we can technically combine these with multiple shipping options, so you can also choose cheaper shipping if you wish.
The Flexipay -Subscriptions Can be recognized by the name and of course ana the logo that is displayed.
Mondial Relay
We realize that shipping costs via Bpost can be a significant additional cost to an order and form a threshold to place an order.
We monitor the market to other providers of interest on a regular basis and in this way we have come out at Mondial Relay and have decided to offer this shipping option as well from now on.
Mondial Relay only ship to drop-off points (and not up to your own front door), but the prices are therefore a lot lower than with, for example, Bpost, UPS, DHL, ...
Mondial Relay can be selected for shipments in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Mondial Relay is not present in Germany) and is available with every order except our classic subscription boxes (but in combination with our new Flexipay -Subscriptions!)
